New students require pre-approval
Reactive dogs or dogs w aggressive tendencies are best suited to private lessons.

Puppies / Young dogs: All puppies require age appropriate vaccinations and a negative fecal check including Giardia. We believe it is never too young to start basic behavior classes and allow puppies to start our Puppy Kindergarten class at 10 weeks old. Puppy kindergarten classes are intended for younger puppies up to 5 months old. Training sessions are kept short due to their limited attention span at this age and we integrate socialization with play periods with the other puppies and people in class as well. Beginner Obedience is intended for older puppies and dogs over 5 months old that have the ability to focus more on training without socialization breaks. Beginner obedience class sets a great foundation for a well mannered dog with fun training games to strengthen your bond with your dog.

Ready to get started in agility?

Our Pre-Agility classes are an introduction to the obstacles and agility equipment while setting the foundation for having fun in this sport. This class requires dogs to have basic obedience skills.

Agility Foundations classes are the next level of learning the sport of agility. These classes cater to new / novice teams and/or to puppies/young dogs of more experienced handlers. Short sequences and handling skills are worked on with emphasis on safe, correct execution of obstacles, obedience for agility, and fun motivational games.

Advanced Agility classes are customized for agility teams with more experience, competing at various levels. Full competition style courses are utilized with sequences broken down for building more complex handling manuevers, obstacle discrimination, distance and layering. Concepts are presented to develop course handling strategies, improve timing, and team building.

Special Topic Classes are also offered that focus on specific agility handling skills. Our “Turning Cues” class works on strengthening signals for directional changes with left and right cues, wraps, backsides, rear crosses, and more.
