Agility Handler Fitness Bootcamp!
Weights On Wheels Fitness Bootcamp is a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. Aside from strength and conditioning, we will also
cover stretching to improve flexibility and limit injury as well as agility specific drills to help you move faster and more efficiently on the course! (We expect our dogs to hustle, now it’s our turn!) We
(gently) push our participants harder than they would normally push themselves yielding tremendous results in little time while focusing on injury prevention! Classes are lead by a Certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist/Health Fitness Specialist Diane R. David, C.S.C.S., H.F.S.
This class will run from 5-5:45 PM Wednesday evenings starting on December 14, 2011
